Catch 22 Situation Submission Guidelines

• Three minutes video presentation of tackling very challenging surgical scenarios
• A maximum of TWO video entries can be submitted per person
• Only members can submit 
• Only one author will be accepted
• The abstract should be submitted through the conference website portal
• The video title SHOULD NOT exceed 100 characters (including spaces)
• A declaration that this video has not been presented earlier in any form(asapaper/ poster/ video) anywhere should be enclosed. Institution/hospital affiliation and doctor’s name should NOT be mentioned in the title or abstract. Any form of non-compliance will lead to automatic rejection
• The videos can be sent to support@tnoa.info with a copymarked to scientificcommchairtnoa2026@gmail.com, either using www.dropbox.com or www.wetransfer.com or www.drive.google.com
• The videos should be submitted on or before April 15th, 2026(until midnight),not exceeding 3 min. The Video must be in MPEG4 format 720 or 1080p
• The presenting author must register for the conference before May31st, 2026, for final approval for presentation at the conference Do NOT send the original video – No videos will be returned. Hence, send only a duplicate copy and keep the original video for your record
• The presenting Author should confirm acknowledgement and receipt of the video submission from the scientific committee. Appropriate platforms will be arranged,where all the selected videos will be played for the benefit of the delegates throughout the duration of the conference. Details regarding the same will be intimated at the conference venue.
• All Video awards will be given to the Presenting Author only.
• No change in presenting author will be allowed after the video has been submitted.
• Videos will be judged according to Content, Display, Scientific value, Creativity
